The route itself does not require a certified employer
Alongside the register above, the Finnish specialist permit / EU Blue Card needs no certified employer: any company can hire a skilled foreign worker if the job clears the route’s bar. For the Finnish specialist permit / EU Blue Card, that bar is an annual gross salary of about EUR 43,700. A posting clearly paying below it is excluded, for the same reason a posting that says “no sponsorship” is.
The specialist route is designed for IT and expert roles and is faster than the standard worker permit.
