The route itself does not require a certified employer

Alongside the register above, the Danish Pay Limit Scheme needs no certified employer: any company can hire a skilled foreign worker if the job clears the route’s bar. For the Danish Pay Limit Scheme, that bar is an annual gross salary of about DKK 514,000. A posting clearly paying below it is excluded, for the same reason a posting that says “no sponsorship” is.

The Pay Limit Scheme has no occupation restriction — salary alone qualifies. The separate Positive List covers shortage occupations at lower pay.
