Who you are dealing with

WorkSponsored is operated by WorkSponsored OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@nikhil.eu. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

What we provide

WorkSponsored is an information service. We aggregate publicly available government records and publicly advertised job postings, and we present our own assessment of how likely a role is to be open to someone requiring visa sponsorship. Every score links to the government record behind it so you can verify it yourself.

What we do not provide

We are not an immigration adviser, recruitment agency, or employer. We give no legal advice. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, referrals, or the grant of any visa. Sponsorship and hiring decisions are made entirely by employers and immigration authorities, and our confidence scores are estimates that may be wrong. Do not make an immigration decision on our data alone.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to reproduce government data faithfully and we link to the source of every claim so you can verify it. Government registers change, postings close, and our data may lag its sources. You should verify any fact material to a decision you are making before acting on it.

Your account and acceptable use

Your access is personal to you. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the index, share account access, or use automated tools to extract data in bulk. Doing so ends your access without refund. The underlying government records remain public and free at their sources — what you pay for is our joining, scoring and presentation of them.

Purchases, subscriptions and “lifetime”

• Full Access is a one-time purchase. “Lifetime” means for as long as WorkSponsored operates — we intend that to be a long time, but it is not a promise that the service exists forever.
• Pro is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically and you can cancel any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then.
• Prices vary by region. The price you see is the price you pay: where VAT, GST or sales tax applies, it is included in the displayed amount.

Insider calls

A call is a purchase of a mentor’s time only. No referral, introduction, or hiring outcome is promised or included, and mentors are independent individuals rather than our employees or agents. If a mentor does not attend, we refund the call in full. See the refund policy for cancellation windows.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We are the seller of record; Stripe handles your card or payment details, which never reach our servers. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment transaction.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings or a refused application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we will email account holders before it takes effect. The date at the top is the date of the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes go to the courts of Estonia — except that if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep any mandatory protections and court venue rights of your country of residence.
