Full Access and Pro

Fourteen days from purchase, any reason, no questions. Email us and we refund in full. Access is revoked when a refund is issued. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, which typically takes 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

After fourteen days, Pro is not refunded but can be cancelled any time from your account page — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that.

Insider calls

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the call: full refund.
• Cancel within 24 hours: no refund, because the mentor has held the slot.
• The mentor does not attend: full refund, automatically.
• You do not attend: no refund.

A card dispute takes weeks and costs us a fee. An email takes a day and costs you nothing. We would rather refund you than argue with you.
