Fourteen days, any reason, no questions. Email us and we refund in full. Access is revoked when a refund is issued.

Insider calls

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the call: full refund.
• Cancel within 24 hours: no refund, because the mentor has held the slot.
• The mentor does not attend: full refund, automatically.
• You do not attend: no refund.

A card dispute takes weeks and costs us a fee. An email takes a day and costs you nothing. We would rather refund you than argue with you.
